The years 2036 to 2043 are unimaginable, as I sit here in the year 2003.

During this period, I would have my 80th birthday, and in 2041 I would reach 82, the life expectancy for a 44 year old "white male" in the US in 2004.

An "average" is just an idea, a framework for thought, and no man knows his final day, and whether it will come early or late.

But all that is for the distant future. This chapter is still a lifetime away. It will arrive, if it arrives, after a second life, the life that begins today, in my forties in Oregon.

Calculations aside, with each passing year, the God Willing factor grows.
